“My time with Orbis felt like this challenging yet incredible dance between levity and gravity. As fellows, we all seemed willing to lean into that strange dance in our own way, so we ended up building this amazing sense of camaraderie that many of us have held to this day. I don’t think I’ll ever have another experience like it!”

“Orbis taught me how to communicate clearly, make and hold boundaries, understand the importance of compromise, and actively engage with my community. Living with a group of curious fellows with a range of passions made every moment a learning opportunity. It was one of the most expansive experiences I will have in my life.

“Orbis gave me a home in Denver, both a physical home and a rich social network. One of my favorite things about the fellowship was living with such passionate people who each had their own ‘thing.’ Orbis was like an organism, a space where each of us had a role and function, stronger together than separate. It was such a privilege and opportunity to be able to collaborate with each other, living in a constant state of osmosis, learning through both passive and active information flow from fellow to fellow.”

“The people I met at the Orbis House are now my best friends and most trusted colleagues. Every part of my life has been positively transformed by these relationships.”
