International House

1818 Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80206

The Orbis International House is Orbis Institute’s home in Denver, Colorado. It’s a cooperative living space to seven young leaders who take part in a year-long residency as Orbis Fellows. And it’s a community space for Orbis Salons – a forum for dialogue and collaboration around global issues.

The Orbis International House is a beautiful Victorian home located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood one block away from City Park. The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gorgeous outdoor patio, living, kitchen, and dining room areas as well as a large addition that can transform from a lecture hall to a performance venue. The addition can comfortably seat 50 people attending a wide variety of public events. We have dedicated seating, multi-media and equipment, and can accommodate a variety of presentations formats.

Orbis can accommodate a variety of events including:

  • Community Potlucks
  • Panel Discussions
  • Social Practice/Performance Art
  • Workshops/Seminars
  • Meditation / Movement
  • Film Screenings and Media Presentations

The Orbis International House is NOT a rental venue but we’re always open to ideas for collaboration so Contact Us with any thoughts you might have.

If you are interested in living at the International House, please see the Orbis Fellowship page for application information
